The Order of the Grail, the German Club, and the Interfraternity Council at UNC-Chapel Hill were integral parts of the University Dance Committee. Together, they were responsible for organizing and hosting many of the social events on campus. In the 1930s, they used this pamphlet to explain to women the rules of attending a dance with a male student at Carolina. They also described what women should and should not expect from their dates.
