Loreleis flyer, 1992
The UNC Loreleis are an all-female acapella group founded in 1981. The group quickly gained popularity on campus; one of their first major performances was singing at the dedication of the Dean E. Smith Student Activities Center in January 1986. The group recorded their first tape in 1990 and began a spring tour of the Northeast in 1992, the year this flyer was posted. The group has gone on to sing around the world and grown from 8 to 17 members. The Loreleis still hold annual spring concerts.
