This is the second book printed in Maya Kaqchikel and the first printed grammar of the language. Its diagrams are noteworthy examples of innovative printing for eighteenth-century Guatemala (see below). The author, Flores, curate in the village of Santa María de Jesús, also compares Kaqchikel to K’iche’ and Tz’utuhil Maya.
