Service Awards Planned: Four members of the Guilford County Welfare Department will be given 20-year service recognition awards by the North Carolina Case Workers Association Nov. 7 in Raleigh. Those who will receive the awards are Miss Bessie Tesh, applications division; Mrs. Carolyn Otey, supervisor of the training unit; Ms. Beatrice Jones, service to the aged, and Mrs. Beatrice Harrison, intensive care unit.
