I never let anybody really say anything bad about social media because it's been the brink of so many great things for me.

With research for this project, I started a Facebook page just because I knew that there were several relatives that I had. They've moved away from the area. We have a still pretty large family here, but I knew that there were some who moved away that I maybe never met. And I knew that they would know things that I didn't know.

So, started the Facebook page as a means to just communicate better with those folks, but everybody knows somebody. So, there are now well over 400 Austins attached to that page and who have shared old documents, just a number of things. And it actually grew much more rapid than I was ready for.

So, I feel limited on what we can do in the time and the age of the pandemic, but just that Facebook, that space alone, is a great link where we can pick this project up and continue going forward.
